Contagem Centro Hotel

the hotel was clean and quiet, with amenities such as a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests, despite language barriers. the breakfast served on the top floor provided a pleasant atmosphere with an open-air veranda. My room was well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water.

There was some renovation work going on in a few rooms near mine which caused some disturbance.

The rooms were clean and quiet, and we had plenty of hot water for the shower. the hotel's location was very convenient, with a supermarket and pharmacy just across the street. the staff were also very accommodating, and language wasn't a problem.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and some of the staff members were rude and grumpy.

The staff member was helpful and friendly. The bags were assisted with.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel had very clean and quiet rooms, which was great for a peaceful holiday. the hotel was located in a convenient location with a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The most enjoyable part of my stay was the breakfast served on the rooftop with an excellent view of the city.

There were some downsides to my stay. The room was quite basic, and there was renovations being done in a nearby room, which caused loud noise from early in the morning.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, convenient location, and helpful staff. Our room was super clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel's facilities were also excellent, and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The staff went out of their way to assist us, especially the first staff member we met at check-in who helped us with our bags. The transportation options in this city were also convenient and easily accessible from the hotel.
